Logical Deductions provides a flexible spending plan administration service (FSA) that often results in a cost free benefit, enabling companies to control healthcare costs and strengthen their employee benefit programs.
In most cases the employer savings will completely offset the administration fee of the Logical Deductions solution. Because the pre-tax benefits are not subject to federal social security withholding taxes, you benefit by not having to pay FICA or workers' compensation premiums on those pre-tax deductions. We specialize in providing FSA administration service to small businesses.
Under the IRS Section 125 cafeteria plan, your employees may take advantage of a POP (Premium Only Plan), a FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or a dependent care FSA.
